As the main contractor for the To Kwa Wan Promenade, Shun Yuen Construction is thrilled to announce that the To Kwa Wan Promenade has officially opened to the public.

To Kwa Wan Promenade, which spans approximately 140 meters and covers an area of about 1,200 square meters, connects the adjacent Hoi Sham Park. It features a stunning 12-meter-tall mural of Drainy, the DSD mascot, along with unique seating areas. You will also have the opportunity to admire the award-winning designs from the Design Competition for Public Art at To Kwa Wan Promenade and previous manhole cover design competitions.

We would like to express our appreciation to the Drainage Services Department for their vision and collaboration throughout this project. We are delighted to have played a role in enhancing the accessibility of the waterfront and creating a quality waterfront environment for the community.
